We are thrilled that you are considering celebrating with us!

Our large dining rooms are perfect for bridal & baby showers, birthday bashes, wedding rehearsal dinners, small weddings, and other celebratory events! We offer a variety of options for hosting special events at Gracie's including:

Large Party Reservations (12 or more)

  • Subject to large party fee dependent on party size, day & time.

  • Final guest count must be given at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Custom a la carte menus are available!

  • We require a completed credit card authorization form to be filled out at the time of large party booking. 

Large party reservations are subject to a no-show fee of $25 per person.

  • 20% Gratuity will be applied to your check automatically.

  • We do not offer split checks for large parties.

Private Dining Room (up to 40)

  • Subject to food & beverage minimum dependent on day & time

If the F & B minimum is not met, the balance becomes a "room fee".

(Minimum must be met before 20% Gratuity + Sales Tax)

  • Buffet, Family Style and Full Service food packages ranging from $25-45 per person.

  • Non-Alcoholic, Beer & Wine, or Full Bar Beverage Packages available.

  • Specialty cocktails and Mimosa or Bloody Mary bar available as add-ons.

  • Final guest count must be given at least 1 week in advance.

Full Restaurant Buyout (up to 100)

  • Subject to food & beverage minimum dependent on day & time.

If the F & B minimum is not met, the balance becomes a "room fee".

*All parties are subject to a $5 fee per person for every 15 minutes that your party goes over departure time

Deposit/Booking:

All private parties and buyouts will require a 50% deposit to book the date. 

Special Order Cakes/Desserts:

We offer custom made, special order cakes and desserts for your celebration! Please reach out to discuss!

If you prefer to bring in your own cake/dessert, there is a carry in charge of $1.50 per person which includes cake cutting, plating and serving.

Decorations:

  • If you'd like to bring in special decorations to enhance your party, we welcome you to do so (NO CONFETTI please, and nothing that will need to be affixed to wall or ceiling). All decorations must be removed at the end of the party. 

  • Depending on your party's start time, we may not be able to accommodate an early arrival for setup of decorations so please make sure to plan accordingly when choosing your desired time booking.

  • If table linens are desired, we can provide rentals with at least 2 weeks notice for an additional cost.

Cancellation:

In the event your party needs to cancel:

  • A full refund of your deposit will be offered if canceled with 2+ weeks notice.

  • A 50% refund of your deposit will be offered if canceled within 7 days of the event.

  • We will retain the full deposit if party cancels less than 7 days from the event.
